dont have a recipe but you can chop them and freeze them for use in future cooking. they will be a bit soft after defrosting so that is why you would use for cooking, would not be able to add to a salad for example.
Thanks joannie but I have already done that with some of them now its just the rest I have to sort out! Was thinking of stuffing them with couscous or rice or something. Wonder if there is a green pepper soup?
what are you having for your tea tonight - what about chicken/beef with black bean and green peppers? Stuffed peppers sound good just not sure of any recipe and if you can freeze. Sure you will find some if goole stuffed green peppers.
