I always think celery tastes of salt ...it is one of my
favourite veg ...easy snack ...
I love organic celery because it does actually taste of celery! I will still eat the non-organic stuff, but it really doesn't taste of anything. Maybe you have been surprised by the strong taste of the real stuff?!

Not sure, we eat a lotof organic stff (have own vegetable garden) but have found shop-bought celery, organic or not sometimes tastes of tar, or creosote. Just wondered if anyone else had found this as well.
