mussels????

Ive just bought a pack of mussels, you know the ones that come in a vacum pack with garlic. I thought they are closed before you cook them and open when they are ready, mine are not closed, will they be safe to eat????

You may find that as they are vacuum packed, they are already cooked in which case they SHOULD be open. Check the cooking instructions on the pack.
