Help!
My mother has now been put on dyalsis she is also a non insulin dependant diabetic. I have no idea what to cook for her. There are so many do's and don'ts and I just don't know where to start. I need to be able to pre cook and freeze a lot of the food to as I no longer live with her and she is serverly sight impaired. Any ideas?!?
