does anyone know of a weight watchers/ slimmers world type diet that l can view or get online as l work silly hours and if l enrolled l would miss half the meetings

i was doing weight watchers but like you getting there was a problem so i signed up with the boots one, cant recommend it highly enough, personally i find it much better., its simple, easy to do and there is also a really good online community that give you loads of friendly help and support :-)

Hi,
You can do weightwatchers on line - costs 9.95 per month and it's really good. I've been doing it since end November and I've lost 2.5 stone.

I would also recommend weightwatchers online. It has recipes, point trackers.etc. online, also lots of chat rooms to help support you with your weight loss.

I did Slimming World without going to the meetings. I just bought the mag and the books and went online. Easy peasy.

Weight watchers on line is great at less than £10 a month, worth a try.
