I've had some yumtious meals from M&S in the past, but a horrendous chicken curry put me off since.
overpriced, I think people buy it so their neighbours can see their m&s bags
They make scrumptious cakes.
I think it depends on what you have, I'v had some lovely meals and some which were yuk and I think they are going downhill in the market not as good as they used to be same with there clothes.
Don't buy the ready meals which have rice in- I find they are far better on individual bits of food- like chicken in breadcrumbs, kievs, fish cakes, lasagne.. you know, something that you need to add to.
Our local greggs gives out a small tap with every pie to release the grease. They are minging!
greggs? ugh! thats not food-everytime i eat a pie from them i get some serious stomach pain-plus theyre always cold-and the bag saturates with pure grease by the time uve taken it out. Ugh,
I have had some super meals from M & S, but some are over rated. We had a half price offer out of the Times and tried one of their Gourmet Meals - dreadful, thank goodnes s I didn't pay full price. Still you live and learn.
I think pretty much all pre-prepared food is pretty awful really and very poor value for money. If you want to eat quality meals it's better to prepare them from scratch with freshly purchased ingredients.
