Low fat alternative to cream

I have a recipe that uses full fat cream, can anyone give me a low fat alt' please,,and would i use the alternative in the same way as I would the cream. Thanks,

If your recipe is for a savoury dish, natural yoghurt or low fat creme fraiche can be used. Not sure though about sweet dishes, although I suppose you can get low fat alternatives of something like Elmlea.
No problem using creme fraiche or Greek yoghurt in sweet dishes.
Dream Topping is nice as well Alfie.
