Ice cream flavours

Next weeks task on the Apprentice is to create new ice cream flavours-so what flavour would you create? I would love crushed meringue and raspberry flavour!

Never min d making my own flavour, im trying to find a decently priced rum and raisin for my mate! Seems to have gone out of fashion!

I like the sound of clotted cream, fresh raspberries or strawberries and meringue! Yummy!

Peanut butter would be nice!Last year in the US i had Oreo flavour-it was delicious!

I make a lemon meringue flavour which is always popular...also a fresh peach with crushed raspberries swirled through it for when I make Peach Melba's. My toffee-apple crunch is nice, so is the cinnamon one I make, that's lovely with apple pie

Can you get a dime bar ice cream? If not then perhaps that. Or perhaps a treacle pudding one with cinamon and nutty bits on top.

Anyway - ice cream - Bailey's flavour would be bloody fantastic. And it'd save me pouring neat baileys on my vanilla.
