Eeeks the price of fish!

Treated myself today and decided that we would have homemade fish and chips for tea, my god! two bits of cod, how much to abers think that i paid for them?

And surely you dont begrudge paying less than �7 for a meal for 2 people? I know fishermen and some get less than that an hour.

I am saying that some fishermen get less than �7 an hour when you work out what they get paid for their catch. Its a perilous job to bring in the fish you know and you are moaning about having to pay �6.72 for 2 pieces of cod.

Sorry, but there are more important things in life to moan about. As someone has already said, if you can afford it buy it and enjoy it. otherwise, you can get 20 fishfingers from iceland for about a pound
