which flour?

Just writing my shopping list for wellington fudge and it just says flour but which flour do i get plain/self raising?

Fudge with flour in it never heard of that, fudge is made just with sugar butter and condensed milk, what is this stuff if it requires flour it would probably be plain, cos they would have stated self raising in the recipe!
