What have you guys all had for your dinner tonight?
I will later be doing a salad, and have bought some ham, beef, smoked salmon and baby spuds, along with some french bread to make a nice cold meat salad for me & my fella :)
Oh, and dont forget the bit of quiche lorraine I got to have with it to!
Yum!!

Well, I've got last night's leftovers to eat up:-
*Quiche (feta, cheddar, mushroom, celery & free range eggs on a parmesan & mustard wholemeal pastry crust)
*Potato Salad (potatoes, mayo and spring onions)
*Spicy Pasta Salad (wholewheat pasta with a tomato & chilli sauce, plus extra mushrooms lol)
*Beetroot Rice (brown rice with cooked beetroot, red pepper, tomato and onion)
*Green Salad
I'm going to be eating all this lovely food with a bottle of gorgeous chilled Kumala Ros wine - it's a hard life isn't it?
