Short answer is yes possible, no not healthy.

Dramatic weight loss puts a massive strain on your body and is more symptomatic of yo-yo dieting (rapid loss followed by rapid gain etc). A sensible weight loss target is about two pounds per week for a healthy, active adult by lifestyle change and reduced clorie intake. It is possible to lose that sort of weight but it can often just be water loss as opposed to fat reduction (particularly when on "diet pills".

Atkins will do it for you, but you have to stick to the initial phase religiously for two weeks. Is it healthy - plenty of debate about that, long term probably not but short term it shouldn't do you any harm. There's also an adaptation of Atkins called the South Beach which is supposed to be a healthier version
