Better late than never......which I was originally going to post as "fat piggy"......which is how I felt after roast chicken,roasties,honey roast parsnips,button sprouts....and cherry cheesecake...hic!......I don't know how the peole I feed eat it all!!!

I only had chips because I wasnt feeling too good this afternnon and so had a lay down when the other half got in from work. He woke me at 7pm, an hour before he was going out, so instead of me rushing to get something cooked, I sent him to the chippy :)

I do a lot of cooking but I have had what seems like a very long week at work and I was too tired. I will be making fishermans pie from scratch tomorrow and chicken curry (not from a jar) on Sunday.
