Do you eat the rosemary bits that have come of during cooking or do you pick it all out!!

My son is refusing to eat the roast lamb I am doing with rosemary, as he claims,
"all those bits get everywhere and taste horrible!!!"

I tend to pick it out because to me it just invibes its flavour into the meat while cooking.
I could be wrong but I find it a bit on the woody side to eat.
Mr jd's the same, I just pick it out before serving
funnygirl, I think it is meant to be used during cooking only. That said, if it was my son, he would bl00dy well eat it or starve!

Hope it was yummy! How are you? xx

Hi Leela,

Not long finished the lamb. It was succulent and riddled with rosemary!!!

My son picked out the bits, he had no choice.

Thanks for all your replies.

Just had the same problem with our roast lamb tonight.
My Hubby hates it, and I am not keen on the taste of it either, so will be leaving it out next time.
