Mr daffi has left me in charge of getting stuff for the BBQ this weekend and I have gone blank and can't think what to get! Lol! He normally gets the stuff for BBQ's and that along with the combination of it being monday morning means my brain is not in gear! Plase help! What do I buy? Many thanks. dafs x

personally I would priorituise charcoal

A load of sausages, burgers and rolls to go with.

Go to your local butcher and get a mixture of seasoned chicken and streaks.

Must get plenty of belly pork!

Chunks of lamb and veg for making skewers!

I like to boil some new potatoes and mix with some spices.

Salad stuff

Sauses

rolls and wraps

Paper plates and cups (for easy cleaning)

Haha Sally, I slit the bananas open, pour in a couple of teaspoons of cointreu, wrap in foil (foil!) to keep them closed and cook.

Thanks all! You are all more than welcome to come! It is our house warming. Just hope the house is ready! We are currently having the kitchen done and waiting for the bar to be delivered! It was supposed to be here last week but hasn't arrived yet! x
