Food doofies, advice required. I made a Thai-stylee chicken noodle broth on Friday using rice noodles. The remnants have been kept in the fridge and I was contemplating yumming it up today (Monday) for my lunch. My question is, is it still safe to eat? I know rice can be a bit ropey reheated - are rice noodles equally ropey? Thanks!
yes it's fine - you did the right thing by putting it in the fridge anyway. The concern is more for cooked rice itself rather then noodles.
To be on the safe side, heat it up, stir & heat it up again then give me a call & I'll sample it for you - mind you there may be any left for you - you've been warned! lol
Thank you - I will zap it to within an inch of it's noodly life before consuming in confidence. It's a bit hot and spicy, so definately not one for the nancies.
Hit a bit of a low when I didn't get the job after 2 interviews - it came down to 2 people who had more IT experience.
Stayed on a downer for a while, come out of that, but still looking.
Thanks for asking hun - what r u up to?
not much at the mo, still working two jobs so i'm always out - i'm fending off two men currently so that's a bit traumatic - and getting a bit silly lol
