i need to lose my belly and have NO willpower!
Have just eaten half a packet of cadbury's snaps and have had to throw away the other half to stop me eating the rest!!!1
Any tips?
(Apart from just stopping shovelling food down my throat?!!!)

You and me both then! and boy it is hard work isn't it!
I have decided to cut alcohol out and am on my third week. It is easier now than to begin with, not that I drink alot but like my weekend treat so found it a bit hard going without.
I have lost about 10lbs but seems to have become a bit of a stalemate, I have cut out all treats like biscuits etc and have rice cakes if I feel peckish. I have a fairly physical job but think I need to do more exercise.
I have to be serious about this now as I always go back to old ways after losing a few lbs and I really think it is alcohol that makes me pile it on.
I'm determined not to drink until I have lost at least another 7lbs and even then think I will be more sensible about my drinking (yeah right!! lol)
Drink plenty of water and treat yourself to other things like a pedicure, new handbag, new lipstick etc.. gives you something to look forward to.
Anyway good luck but try not to be too hard on yourself!!

Ah yes it is hard!!! When i lose a bit i think - oh thats good i'll treat myself to a cake! lol!
I havent had any alcohol for two weeks now and whether i feel thinner or not i certainly feel healthier!
I think i expect results to quickly and when nothing happens i feel deflated and eat lots to comfort myself!
I will try drinking more water though, and will treat myself to shoes rather that cakes!

hey nannon! How are you hun? Not sure what to suggest, but I do like that idea of bargaining...Oh and of course, relinquishing all yummy, oops I meant unhealthy, foods to me... xx
