Well Carly, it would seem to me that if you are being really honest and didn't eat all that much for breakfast, something in the meal disagreed with you and caused the bloating (wind). I would suggest eggs, they can taste fine but be a bit old and starting to go off a bit, with the extra microbes as a result causing digestive problems. A day without food, plenty of fresh water and a warm bath before bed would probably ease the discomfort and a good night's sleep bring permanent relief.
