Can I have a good recipe for chicken tikka massala without coriander or coconut?

Any of Madhur Jaffrey's books on curries and indian cuisine will help you. You can drop the coriander without spoiling the dish but the coconut is what adds the sweetness. So you need to find something you like that is sweet to replace this.

I don't use coconut in the chicken tikka massala I make. The recipe I follow uses ground almonds.
