You say you don't each much. Keep an honest diary for at least a week - write down every little thing you eat and drink.
Your other post indicated you were drinking 6-8 pints of full alchohol beer in a night - that is different to 10 small cans of low-alcohol a week.
This is some of the symptoms of yeast intolerance:
Bloating and wind
 Diarrhoea
 Headaches
 Thrush
 Mouth ulcers
 Furry or coated tongue
 Itching
 Hypoglycaemia
 Sugar and sweet cravings
 Mood swings
When you say bloating - are your ankles and wrists puffy? If you press lightly with your finger does it leave a white indentation that takes a while to go? Does it come and go throughout the day?
Bloating is different to a beer belly, which is fat.

slimming pills are not a good idea. you can't stay on them forever and as soon as you stop taking them u will start putting on weight.
completely cut out yeast for a week or 2 and see how u feel. this will be the quickest way to find out.
drinking can cause bloating and the weight gain. perhaps you should try cutting out all alcohol for a month and see how this affects you.
drink plenty of water and increase your exercise, go for a walk/bike ride with your family every night, or go for a quick walk/jog in the mornings before work.
your current lifestyle and food is obviously not agreeing with your body, so you need to start making changes now whilst you only have a minor complaint.

no my wrists and ankles are not swollen...but anything even as much as a round of bread will make me feel bloated......in previous post yes i did say i drink about 8- 10 pints but i dont count them,,,now honestly i only drink satzenbrau low calorie beer 100 per can/pint...surely satzenbrau will not make me fat? even at 8-10 pints per week...i went to docs today for blood test..low sugar/thyroid/ an something else im not sure...basically i cannot understand how i am putting on so much weight this last 6 months..i honestly do not feel i am over eating....
Yes - they 'push' the fat you have eaten through your system undigested.
You will have greasy stools and mucous in your bowel that may cause you to leak faeces if you eat fat.
10 x 100 calories of beer is still 1000 calories. That is a full day's calorie intake for many people.
If you think you have a wheat allergy (I don't think you have) cut out bread and beer for a month.
