Bravo Trittico Executive 122

Hi I have a Bravo Trittico executive 122 machine and have very little knowledge of it. Can anyone tell me where i can obtain information of how to use it? especially for ice cream making. I have contacted the manufacturer, however, they can only tell me how to work the controls.

Hello Lizzy,
Just wondering how you got on with the Bravo Trittico, we're thinking about purchasing one mainly to do ice-cream with, but like the idea of being able to make other desserts with it to. It would really be for tubs of ice cream as opposed to fresh gelato. I'd be very grateful to hear your opinion.
