yes that is what I was asking but are you sure SB? I always thought/was told that if the seeds were inside then it was a fruit.

NO SB, strawberries are one of the few who are different, they have a different name as they are a false fruit/veg (not sure which but am sure some one will tell me).

Sad as I am, I was in T***o supermarket today and tried to used my 25 points voucher against the above list but was refused as they were not fruit but veg. Me, being pedantic, was about to argue that they were in fact fresh fruit (technically) but then I decided against it and just hit my head against a brick wall instead!!!!
