Not having the bet time, and need to go home tonight and apologise to my O/H.

Whats a really nice comforting (but healthy"ish") meal I can cook tonight that doesn't take too long to prepare?

This recipe will be ready in 25 minutes!!!
Do you like prawns this recipe will take 10 minutes!!!!
pretty personal taste on the old meatballs i use beef mince and mix with finely chopped (and cooked) onion some garlic herbs, mustard breadcrumbs and a beaten egg. form into meatballs and leave to firm in the fridge for half hour or so, then cook them - you'll need to do this in batches and put to one side. slice an onion into rings and sweat off in butter add a lttle flour and let that cook into the butter then add a stock cube and water and let that cook for a while till you gravy is ready, then add the meatballs into the gravy and i leave it to cook away for 10/15 mins till the gravy is nice and thick. sorry i've haven't got any measurement i tend to do everything by 'eye' and wing it!
