Sausages lol

I am doing bangers&mash... i want to cook the sausages in the oven for a change.... but ive not done that b4...!LOL

Wat temperature (electric fan oven)? Do i have to pierce them?
God im so rubbish at this cooking malarchy!

when i do sausages i just put them in at 200 degrees for 30-40 mins (youll see when they are done)

and theres no need to pierce them

I cook mine on 200 for about 25 mins, and i dont prick them, it might vary a little between type and size i suppose so thats just a rough guide :-)

A bit too long red, for just sausages, and its a fan oven which gets quite hot, i would say 20mins at 150 160,degrees, havent a fan oven so i would do my sausages 170 or 180 degrees, and reds right dont pierce them!!!

35 40 mins 200 degrees. dont pierce mine as they are usually frozen :-)

maybe it depends on the meat content. The less meat then surely the less cooking time required??

Mine are never burnt, i have the sainsburys taste the difference ones and they say 30 mins on pack, but i do like them a bit coloured

Ok now uve all been great so far..... Ive now found a box of BAtter mix... so im thinking of doing Toad in the Hole... now then... remember we are working with a fan oven here....

If i brown the sausages off...then pour the mix round them etc..... how long will it take to cook? and how do u know when batter mix is cooked!

We always cook frozen sausages in the oven....just don't over cook them as they go all dry and 'orrible !!!
