Apple Chilli Jelly

I made jelly from 2 pts of strained apple/chilli juice and 2lbs sugar, but it won't set.
Help, please, what can I do to help it set??

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Did you use Pectin or only the sugar? The cooking for the non-Pectin recipes is quite a bit longer, looking for the sheeting stage.
You could try recooking it with Pectin to see if it will set for you, but that may not work. Additonally, you could try cooking it longer and re-can it. It's worth a try.
