lol Knobby - I didn't understand a word of that!! But I have cooked that before for a bloke and he has found it impossible not to kiss me!!
90% of my recipes are based on other people's recipes which i mess around with and refine until I get what I like! I think the above were based on Gary Rhodes and Delia (who I could actually hit - most of her recipes that I have have rude comments scrawled on them).

Fried halloumi with a pine nut and sun dried tomato salad
Chicken with juniper berries and tarragon and creme fraiche with new potatoes and minted pea puree
Bombe mexicaine (sticky coffee toffee meringue sandwiched together with coffee cream)!

I don't believe in "modern cuisine", where all you have on your plate is half an undercooked carrot and a tiny piece of fancy-named chicken. Eating is a pleasure! Tasty doesn't have to be complicated. :O)
