tigerlily11 - that's why I been growing my own - all 65 pounds of them!
My next post will probably be "how do I cure myself of tomato poisoning? I seem to have been eating them every day for weeks as well as stocking up the freezer.
Wow you got more than me then.
I turned mine into pasta sauce. We eat a lot of it.
I buy tomatoes every week and they're all in punnets.

Prices have varied from 70p to 1 35. per punnet (depending on what shop) of about
6/7 largish tomatoes.
Tesco's have got 6 medium sized ones on offer @ 90pence.
And Tesos also do a 'value' bag of tomatoes for about 60p
so what's the difference between the 90 pence ones and the ones in the value bag?

and who decides which ones go in the value bag.

I'm finding it difficult to cost this exercise out as all the current supermarket weights seem to be metric even though the UK has never given up Imperial (pounds & oz) measures. My tomatoes are also organically grown so for a true comparison I guess I'd have to compare "like with like".
my mum bought some off the market yesterday, think she said it was 1.50 for 2lb,(if you count transportation and packaging it makes the saving more!)
no mater what the cost though, you can not beat home grown toms!!
If price of 1 pund of tomatos is 1$ so 1 kilogram cost 2.2 $ https://howkgtolbs.com/cost-per-pound-to-cost-per-kilo
