Hi, I have 3 small lamb leg steaks (date up today and daughter gone on holiday, so too much for me). Does anyone know how I can make it into a casserole using my crock pot, and can I heat it up afterwards to make 2 days dinners out of it? By the way I would love it to have potatoes and mint in it. Thanks in anticipation.
just pop them in the pot with some carrot and onion, put the potatos on the bottom and add some mint (out of a jar or fresh) then leave it to cook, yummy!!
Freeze them now pips, dont bleeding casserole them sacrilege, when you need to eat them defrost and cook grill and such, with a variety of sauces vegetables and a like!!!
