I have found Israeli Couscous in two places. You can buy it at larger Sainsburys in the kosher section (they have some in at the Sainsbury's in the O2 Centre on Finchley Road). They also have some at Kosher Kingdom in Golders Green. I think it is about 1.10 for 250gms. I have just bought several packets. I have to say that it makes brilliant salads and there is something incredibly appealing about the size of the grains.
pasta can i ask why you want israeli couscous, whats the difference
Question Author
puddi-it is more like a mini-pasta...the 'grains'are about5x the size of grain couscous and it is a bit chewy. I had it in a prepared salad from Sainsbury's and really liked it.
