Hi sunflower. I try to follow it all the time. Basically, you don't eat carbs + protein at the same time.
You can have a protein meal-meat, fish etc, but without rice, bread or potatoes.
You can have a carb meal- bread, pasta, potatoes, but no protein.
Veg are regarded as neutral, so you can eat those with either type of meal.
So you can have egg and bacon, but no toast or bread,
but on the upside, you can have a chip butty!
