Cherry powder is a powerful anti-inflammatory and contains COX-2 inhibitors like those found in Vioxx and Celebrex. Cherries also contain melatonin, a powerful anti-oxidant and sleep aid.
You can buy cherry powder by the pound and keep it in the "crisper" section of your fridge. I am not sure how much he charges for a pound. Maybe 30.00 plus postage, but don't quote me.
For a cold beverage, add the cherry powder to a large glass container filled with filtered water. You can also do a combo, like cranberry (unsweetened) plus cherry powder.
For a hot cup of tea, add one teaspoon, or to your taste of cherry powder.
You can sweeten with stevia leaf, if you feel the need for a sweeter beverage.
