Recently bought salt grinder. Is there less sodium in rock salt? Tastes like low salt? I'm finding I'm using more.

Oh dear sachs, did the same thing for my hubby. He had to cut down on the salt and got him the same, found he was using more of it then the normal salt.To cut a long story short , went back to normal salt and got a new salt pot with smaller holes in it, did help somewhat.

Yes sachs, there IS less sodium in rock salt than table salt, and it's better for you, as table salt has additives in it as well.
