In a recent question about becomming vegaterian somebody mentioned that Quorn is made from battery hen eggs. I was a little upset about this so I decided to check it out and its not true. Quorn clearly states on the packet that its made from free range eggs (which would suggest in the past it might have been battery eggs). Anyway to the question, anybody got some decent ideas for using Quorn.

you could make a bolognaise using quorn strips instead of pasta or put it will chill con carne sauce
Quorn used to be made with battery hen eggs, but they have stopped that quite a while ago now. Use the mince meat style for any recipe as you would use mince. Likewise the chicken style chunks for stir fries, or the chicken breast ones, cut up into strips for mexican wraps. The sausages into sausage casserole or in pasta bakes, or onto skewers with veg to make "shish kebabs" for a barbie. Just think of most things that you would cook with meat and there will be a Quorn equivalent that you can use. Even roast chicken. Burgers can be sliced, and put in pitta bread with salad and chilli sauce like a doner kebab. Watch the salt content with all the items except for the 'chicken' chunks and the 'minced beef' as the other stuff has quite a lot of salt in it.
