Does anyone know where I can buy 'Durum Wheat'.......without going to Italy. I bought a pasta machine some time ago and have still not found anywhere that sells the elusive Durum Wheat. Even on the net.

Look for italian shops on the net and if thet doesn't work then go to an italian restaurant and they'll tell you where to get it.
saw in tescos the other day, their selling pasta flour.
I buy mine in Waitrose, although I notice that Sainsbury stocks it now.
