No oven for my cooking classes

Would it be possible to have some cooking classes without having use of an oven or gas/electric rings? The only dish I can think of is fresh fruit salad. Are there any others? Salad I guess - any more ideas please?

couscous would be another type of dish that can be made without an oven. You can add your own savoury or sweet ingredients to it and it would be healthy into the bargain.
