I am going on a sponsored walk which i will be running in on the 19th of October i will be running it though like some othr people. I really wanna win and I am very fast but i can't last long because of my asthama. Any suggestions of what I could do or eat that will help me last longer. I am'nt fat and i can run really fast but then comes the stitches and all that.
Any ways of getting me fit with certain foods or any sort of recommendations? Besides, the walk is 10km so please reply back.
