Crest Whitestrips

On the Answerbank's advice I got some Crest Whitestrips Classic on Ebay. They seem to work without any sensitivity and although my teeth aren't white they are a lot cleaner. How long does it last? Also if I buy the next one up - the stronger one - is it very very strong ?? Obviously I know tea, coffee or red wine won't help ..
