Hi, please can anyone help with finding a name for the recipe that contains these ingredients please........
couscous
raw onion
cucumber all cut up into small pieces.
shrimps
lemon juice
its a foreign sounding name, thats al i can remember. Thanks

Tabouleh?

Not aware that it generally traditionally has shrimp in though.

I should say, Tabouleh is usually made from bulgar wheat, not cous cous, but its very similar.

Here is one recipe,but you can add cucumber or anything elselike that you fancy.

You may also add finely diced cucumber..the idea is that the salad is very light and refreshing.
