what do you put on top of an apple pie to glaze it? ive already made one and it looks a bit pale/dull. when i reheat it, what should i put on it?

Brush a bit of eggwash (egg and a bit of milk ) on it and sprinkle with caster sugar.Enjoy!

or you can use just milk
