im not a big fan of the normal milk, i usually use skimmed milk for my porridge. i was wondering if i can use soya milk instead?

i know you can use it for cereal, Tea and Coffee.
but I'm sure it should be ok for porridge, but will it thicken the porridge or will be be really runny??

and is it less calorie and fat than using skimmed milk? as im trying to loose weight?

You can use it the same as normal milk. Just use the same amount.

i definitely use soya milk in my porridge. I am allergic to milk, so can't really compare the two, but i like soya in my porridge just fine! hope this helps!
I use Alpro light in my porridge and on cereals, but I couldn`t have it in my coffee though, it changes the taste of it completely.
just wait til u try alpro in yr cocoa. and im not talking about cadburys, go for a high quality brand bought. in a health food shop. youll never look back. and just stir in some nice honey. and if you want to be really adventurous, add a tiny drop of peppermint oil.
