Consomm�

For a few weeks I'll have to be on a liquid diet.
Does anyone know where I can buy consomm�? All the supermarkets I've searched have tins and sachets for all sorts of yummy soups but they'll all be too thick for me to manage.
Doesn't anyone make consomm� any more?

Why don't you make your own? It's very simple and a lot cheaper. Google consomm� recipes.

There's Baxter's beef consomme, and Waitrose do a chicken one.

Thanks both. Sorry can't do my own - under the knife tomorrow - and couldn't find anything in Tesco's. I'll see if my wife can get to Waitrose before I get home.
