I already had the books as I've done SW before. Its the best for me at least. You have Green days meaning you can eat as much rice, beans, cheese, pasta, eggs, the list is endless. Then the Red days where you eat as much meat even a whole chicken as long as the skins taken off, fish not oily, all veg is "Free" on both R+G days. Mullerlight or any low fat yogurts are also Free. You also have 15 "Syns" that means you can have a pack of crisps,4 jaffa cakes, small choc bar.
It is the best diet I have ever done and it does work as long as you stick to it. Any diet where I can have a full english breakfast is good in my book :-)
That is on a red day and consists of lean bacon (free), sausages (free if you get the right ones), egg (free), mushrooms (free), tomatoes (free), and beans (an optional axtra or sins).
It is basically food combining, on a red day you can have unlimited lean meat but not much pasta/rice/potato etc.
On a green day you can have unlimited pasta and rice but limited amounts of meat.
Vegetables and eggs are free on either day, cheese and milk are your limited optional extras and then you still have 15 sins to use as a treat or to 'buy' more meat/pasta/potatoe/bread etc!
