going to cook red snapper for tea, any ideas what i can put with it? dont do potatoes. cant think of what to put with it, dont just want to put 2 or 3 boring boiled vegetables next to it.
how about roasting up some veg that you might have in - onions, peppers, tomatoes, whatever - then stiring them into some couscous with a few spices?
or roast some chunks of carrot with olive oil and herbs, and steam some peas, mange tout, green beans and make a dressing with lemon juice and olive oil to toss them in.
or roast some broc and cauli with olive oil, garlic and ground corriander.
yikes, i'm hungry now. we're having boring old cod in breadcrumbs with frozen peas.
