I have defrosted some king prawns to make a curry but have now changed my mind as I don't fancy a curry. Other than just putting them in a salad what can I do with them? I don't normally cook with prawns as my hubby is not keen but he is out tonight.

Thanks kira, sounds nice but I don't have any lemons. It has given me an idea thought. I quite fancy garlic, so might try cooking them in garlic, white wine and lemon juice, which I do have a bottle of.
This one is also good. Similar to what you were thinking, but uses sherry. Wine would probably work with it instead.

Yep I think that's the one. I love chilli. Thanks kira.
Cook them in garlic and butter, and serve with pasta, or rice and peas. Quick, and tasty.
Out of interest, why did you defrost them? Whenever I cook King Prawn curries I add them frozen a few minutes before the sauce is mature.
