You could order a Phal,  it's so hot you probably won't be able to eat it.
Tandoori chicken or lamb without a sauce

Buriyani is quite rich in oil and very spicy but OK for an occasion. Paratha is a type of bread that is tasty. You could try it with something made Dhansak style - this is a spicy but sweet curry, and you can order prawn or lamb Dhansak style or vegetables with a cheesy base.

Pinotage is right: the best option is Tandoori chicken and maybe Tikka as a starter. It's pretty boring but hey, what did we expect?
Yep, Tikka or any other baked meats.  for a curry the lowest fat option is often the Rhogan Josh, made with lots of tomatoes and peppers.
If you're going out for a curry, sack the 'healthy option' crap and just enjoy it.

parathas are usually deep fried. Try a chappati instead, it's normally made from wholemeal flour and you can ask them to leave out the ghee. That with the dhal of the day is a healthy meal. Or for meat/fish eaters Tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, tandoori king prawns are all good.

If you go on Weight Watchers points then the only thing you can reasonably fit into your diet is - like the others have said - tandoori or tikka chicken (the type without a sauce). I used to have that jazzed up with some raita or something for a bit of extra flavour. According to WW points guide things that don't appear creamy like dhansak (my personal favourite) are just as bad as things like massala sauce. Pilau rice is full of oil and so are bhajis. If you ask me you're best off just going for it and having something nice and then starting the diet again the next day.
