What is the long crispy thing served with the crab starter in Hells Kitchen this year?

i assumed it was a kind of flat bread, rolled around something and left to crisp. I thought that maybe, you break bits off and eat with the crab.

but i could be completely wrong as i don't actually know!

They called it a "loofah" on one of the shows! It doesn't get eaten so maybe it's just something there for decoration?

I thought it was a massive parmesan crisp?
