you will need 12oz of broccoli, 1oz of butter, 1 onion, 1 leek, 1 potatoe, 1pint of chicken stock and basically boil everything together until broccoli tender blend together then add 4oz of stilton stir and add 1/2 pint of cream at end!!! hope this is easy enough

well that was so easy to make and went down a storm my uncle is still raving about it, thank you so much do you have any other soup recipes for me again thank you so much
