Does anyone have an idea as to what wine we could try with a layered terrine consisting of chicken, spinach and carrot

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I agree with the "drink whatever you like" principle, but there are certainly cases where wine and food will clash horribly - soft cheese & red wine, highly spiced dishes with almost anything, and the reason there are general principles about white with fish or red with steak etc is because they generally tend to complement each other better.
