Sticky toffee pudding

I used to have a really simple recipe for sticky toffee pudding that could be cooked in the microwave in minutes but I have lost it. Can anyone help with an alternative please?

It may be a little bit more trouble but Delia Smiths is the best . I steam it instead of baking it , when I make the sauce I dissolve the sugar in a tiny amount of water this insures it isn't grainy .
