How do you flavour popcorn?

Do you cook it in the flavouring or do you just pour it over? And has anyone got any tips?

You can do either. I sometimes make spicy popcorn by heating oil in a pot, add cumin, paprika, chilli powder and salt and cook the spices for a minute or so, add the popcorn kernels and mix through the oil an cook as normal.

I sprinkle sugar over when it has all popped. Also pouring melted chocolate on is very nice too.
